Q: What is the best pain reliever to take with BP meds? I take either Advil or Aleve and suffer from salt retention and swollen legs.

A: Without knowing the specific medication you have been prescribed for blood control and other medical conditions you might have, it is impossible to say what would be the best pain reliever for you. Your doctor or pharmacist should be able to make a specific recommendation. Personally, I find laughter to be the best medicine.
