Uncontrolled BP and non-drug options

Q: I’ve had a high blood pressure problem for years and cannot keep it under control. I take Diovan 320 mg 1 time/ day, atenolol 50 mg 2 times a day and diazepam to help but it still goes up to 165 over 95 and sometimes more, and then sometimes it bottoms out at 85 over 55. I’m so tired of taking medication, is there something I can get to help besides pills?

A: Regular exercise and maintaining a normal weight really help with blood pressure control.  Many people don’t get enough exercise and eat too much.  This is hard on the body.  For tips on having a healthy heart click here.   You also might want to consider trying the Resperate.  It is a non-pill option that has been clinically proven to lower blood pressure.
