The Effect of Deep Breathing on Blood Pressure

(by Linda) — I’ve been living with high blood pressure for five years after a dentist almost killed me with an over dose of epinephrine.. I refused to take drugs,no beta blockers or any other drug for me, for i react badly to any drug and their side side effects. The thing that has worked for me the best is deep breathing exercises.

Practice deep breathing through your mouth, hold it for ten seconds, then release through your mouth.  Repeat until you feel your heart rate go down.  Also avoid stressful situations and pray, for it is scientifically proven that prayer reduces blood pressure. May the Lord richly bless your life and keep you safe and healthy!!!
