Problems with getting a BP reading.

Q: Why am I often able to get a BP reading in my right arm but not my left? Does this indicate a problem?

A: The most likely reason is it is harder for you to use your blood pressure measuring device on one side than the other. However, it is possible you have a problem.   I suggest you ask your health care provider to take your pressure in both arms.  This is the best way to know for sure.
