Medicine not working to reduce blood pressure.

Q: I’m taking medicine (20mg) for high blood pressure but it still remains very high! The readings are always between 140/90 139/80. I started about 3 months ago and it never changed. Is there a problem with the medicine?

A: If I understand you correctly, this is the same blood pressure you had prior to starting medicine. Since your readings put you on the line where blood pressure needs to be treated, you might want to ask your doctor about using the Resperate and lifestyle changes instead of being switched to a different drug. Regular Resperate use may get your blood pressure into control without medication.
