#77 Mind-Body link

Breathing exercises, mind body brain modifying experiences seem to be able to lower blood pressure.  Here is an article I came across today, suggesting that medication should be last line of defense against high blood pressure.  they list 4 studies that explore mind-body link for controlling blood pressure.  I really believe that blood pressure can be beaten without medication.
