66. Asparagus (64+ ways to lower blood pressure

Asparagus is a fairly strong tasting food, not everyone finds it pleasant, but there are a variety of ways to cook it,  with the right steaming, spices and additions it actually great.    In some ways, asparagus is a wonderfood, it contains things that a lot of other vegetables do not, or in quantities that dwarf other veggies.

I don’t have have access to asparagus often — or have the time to cook it, but my impression is that it really is one of those super foods, there something about it, that after you eat it, you can just feel the health flowing into your body.  It pretty hard to buy enough or to eat this enough for being much of stable in the diet but as a once a month thing — it is wonderful.   Give it a try.
