#45. Listen to Mozart (64 Non-Drug ways to lower blood pressure)

It makes sense that some relaxing music like Mozart would lower blood pressure.  So, add this one to the list of things that can lower blood pressure.  30 minutes of Mozart, a couple of times a day, might be just the thing.  Would other kinds of music work ? Probably as long as it harmonious, relaxing in nature.
